Hi Jackie. Are the computers in the classroom with the kids or do they travel to a lab? Can you tell how the computers are used for assessment? One more question - what is your school population like - suburban, title 1...?

When you say you want to use edtech with your kids, how do you envision it fitting into how you teach?

At my school, in the inner-city of Los Angeles; which is also recieves Title 1 funds, we has three or four computers in each classroom, and two computer labs.  The computer lab that classroom visit have the technology to give students assessment/tests. They use the scores to see how the student are preforming on the state standards. I am being vague on purpose. My school demographic information in 60/40 hispanic or latino/african-american.,
